I. To concerned with material and earthly things. (vs 14-16)

“But Jesus, aware of this, said, ‘O you of little faith, why are you discussing among yourselves the fact that you have no break?” Matthew 16:8

• Ears to hear but cannot hear.

Faith Sheet:

1. What is the significance of this miraculous feeding taking place in Gentile territory?

2. How do these miraculous feeding episodes serve as a sign of the inbreaking of the kingdom of God? What do they ultimately point to? (Psalm 34:8, John 6:53-58)

3. Have you ever encountered someone who wouldn’t accept your explanation of Christianity even if you used sound logic? What would it take to get through to such a person? (Acts 16:14, 1 Corinthians 12:3)

4. How was Jesus’ method of healing this blind man an encouragement and illustration for His disciples? How is it encouraging for you?

5. Pray for one another’s growth in Christ and that you we would see afresh in His word (Psalm 119:18). Pray for God to reveal who is your one to ask to come with you Sunday or that you could share God’s story.
